They resolve last-mile delivery issues using effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
The role requires attention to detail, time management, adaptability, and conflict resolution while coordinating between customers, delivery teams, stores, and warehouses to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Provide world-class serviceResolution of last-mile delivery problemsCoordinate communication between customers, delivery teams, stores and/or warehousesThe Basics:Academic Background: High School Diploma or Equivalent Job ExperienceYears of Experience: 2 years in Contact CenterSoftware: ERP and Excel Intermediate (Pivot Tables & Formulas)Technical Skills: Handle 60 Daily Calls (average)Good Verbal Written and Presentation SkillsMultitaskingTime management Self-MotivatedStakeholder ManagementAvailability:The CX Representative must have the ability to work a standard shift between 5 AM and 12 AM (Mex), with flexibility to work on holidays and weekends.
The role follows a hybrid model, requiring attendance at the office three times a week if scheduled between 7 AM and 7 PM; outside of these hours,work is remote.
