.The Information Security Cyber Resilience Specialist will be responsible for performing activities that fall within the cyber resilience program's portfolio of responsibilities. This role will help deliver specific resilience assessments of the technologies in PepsiCo's information technology ecosystem using industry best practices from NIST, MITRE, Cloud Security Alliance, etc. The Cyber Resilience Specialist will foster relationships across the organization to aid in the delivery of the Cyber Resilience Program and wider Cyber Fusion Center capabilities.Your ImpactAs Cyber Resilience Specialist your responsibilities would consist of:As a key member of PepsiCo's Cyber Fusion Center, the Cyber Resilience Specialist will partner with IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment to ensure PepsiCo has the capability to anticipate, withstand, and recover from the most severe cyber-attacks.Assist in the development of the cyber resiliency function aligned with global industry generally accepted practices and tied to the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.Aid in the development of a sustainable High Value Assets program.Integrate adversary-based cyber resiliency concepts within the Information Security and IT organization, tied to the MITRE ATT&CK framework.Leverage Cyber Fusion Center teams to enhance PepsiCo's cyber security posture and resiliency. These teams include incident response, cyber threat intelligence, detection assurance in addition to other Information Security stakeholders.Ability to run queries in Splunk.Experience using ServiceNow.Experience using Qualys or similar vulnerability management solutions.Support Cyber Resilience efforts to build strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders.Organize daily operations by using approved task tracking software.Be engaged in global communities and Cyber Resilience expert groups to ensure PepsiCo's practices benchmark to best-in-class within and outside PepsiCo.Produce management facing communications and reports as needed.Who Are We Looking For?Education:Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.Experience:3+ years of related IT Security experience.Foundational Cloud Certification from AWS or MS Azure.Cybersecurity certifications: Security +, CISM, or CISA.Analytical, motivated, and self-confident with excellent verbal and written communication both locally and remotely.Communicates ideas or positions in a persuasive manner that builds support, agreement or commitment and takes action to influence others to align, gain trust, and motivate action.We want you to be a part of the PepsiCo family.
