Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Cycle Count and Inventory Lead.
**What you'll do**:
This role will be responsible to lead Cycle count team, ensuring the correct administration of materials in our plant, achieving the key goals as well as ensure the security in the area. Generarte Stock Level Strategy at ROH Material and Excess and Obsolete reduction.
**Responsibilities**:
A. Inventory Error Analysis
B. Accuracy in production attainment
C. Max and Min in sub Warehouse
D. Periodic accuracy in discrepancies
E. Periodic inventory reports and inventory projections
F. In-plant inventory transactions
G. Work closely with Plant Stores / Warehouse and Logistics
H. Inventory processing and accuracy
I. Cycle counting
J. Physical Inventory
K. Intercompany coordination and Analysis of E&O
L. Close Coordination with Production, Quality, Eng., Finance and other functions that
M. impact inventory transactions
N. Plan, create and manage cycle counting process as per VG policy
O. Ensure inventory accuracy in the system meeting plant inventory accuracy targets.
P. Perform inventory analysis to ensure optimization of inventory levels, Kanban, and min-max levels.
Q. Participate in ownership of planning and executing periodic physical inventory
R. Create and Publish periodic inventory reports
S. Perform root cause analysis
T. Maintain focus on continuous improvement and change
U. Play key and active role in avoidance of E&O
**Qualifications**:
**Education level required**
- Industrial Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration or related career
**Years and area of experience required**
- 5-8 years experience minimum in a related environment.
