The primary function of this Inventory Control Specialist is to ensure inventory accuracy. The Inventory Control Specialist works closely with warehouse personnel and other departments as required to research inventory discrepancies and document and report errors and resolutions. The Inventory Control Specialist performs inventory cycle counts and adjusts inventory in accordance with company policy. 1. Maintain continuous inventory accuracy. 2. Maintain inventory Cycle Count schedule and coordinate counts. 3. Support Fulfillment operations by resolving inventory problems 4. Respond to inventory questions and concerns from both logistics employees and internal customers. 5. Offer internal support to assigned customers with inventory-related moves, changes and other requests for assistance with their products. 6. Document and assist in improving inventory procedures and any other procedures that effect inventory accuracy. 7. Document errors and assist in promoting employee accountability. 8. Supports other Logistics & Warehousing functions as needed 9. Interfaces regularly with Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, and other departments as needed 10. Perform other duties as requested
