Cycle Count Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for supervising associates to accomplish department and organizational objectives.
Encourages continual growth in associates regarding business knowledge and facilitates continuous improvements.
Responsible for validating, maintaining, and updating inventory levels, providing analytics, improvement plans, and coordinating their execution to achieve and exceed company inventory targets.RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure plans and strategies for inventory level optimization are executed in a timely manner.Track inventory and materials department KPIs.Report deviations from target and establish actions for proper correction in conjunction with materials department staff.Act as a change agent within the organization.Provide direction, support, and resources to individuals and teams.Communicate company policies and objectives and foster two-way communication.Ensure individuals and teams meet customer requirements and expectations.Establish and maintain effective communication.Support company policies and objectives and promote a union-free environment.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in materials department (planning, purchasing, warehouses), inventory control, or a related field.Exposure to fast-paced manufacturing environments.3 to 5 years of combined experience as a supervisor in the present line of work.Utilization of analytical tools (MS Excel proficient).#J-18808-Ljbffr
