**Summary**: Leads the execution of project plan(s) to drive the standardization initiative of documentation, parts, materials, and/or equipment. Locates, classifies, codes, and inputs documentation, parts data, and/or equipment data to a centralized system.
**Principal Duties/Responsibilities**:
Assists with developing the strategy, process, and project plan(s) to support standardization initiatives for documentation, parts, equipment files, etc.Leads and executes the project plan(s) to meet deadlines, budgets, and target outcomes.-
Inputs documentation, parts data, and/or equipment data to a central database for storage and retrieval.Searches for and extracts documentation, parts data, and/or equipment data from the system as needed.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:
Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Familiarity with coding, cross-indexing attributes, scanning, optical character recognition and making stored data searchable.SQL knowledegeProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Previous experience leading successful projects.Ability to problem solve.
