The Role
We are looking for an innovative D365 F&O Developer to grow and sustain our new D365 F&O global implementation within the Global Financial Systems department. This is a fully remote opportunity for the Central U.S. Time zone.
What You'll Do
Leads and/or participate in project teams for on-going global adoption of D365 F&O. Gathers information from user departments to determine how to best support the needs of end users.
Lead meetings with user groups, super users, process experts, functional leaders frequently to discuss issues/ideas and changes needed.
Support D365 F&O including incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis, automations, and handling high severity issues within SLA.
Analyze the business requirements of all internal departments to standardize/improve business practices, processes, and procedures using the ERP system.
Responsible for proactive action regarding updates, including researching known issues, testing key processes, and educating business SMEs/BPOs on existing or new ERP functionality.
Work with management and business users to identify report gaps, design report specifications, and test developed reports.
Identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements to maximize the use of D365 F&O throughout the organization.
Leads internal process changes and driving continuous improvement while providing cross-functional support as necessary to other departments.
Work with DBAs, systems architects, production support, technical and business staff to perform troubleshooting activities, isolation and triage activities and ultimate root cause analysis.
Prepare Knowledge documentation. Develop system/module process flows, configuration, requirements, functional, technical & architectural design documents.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in business or finance/operations or IT related field.
Experience, specifically with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules, Procurement, Accounts Payable, GL, Fixed Assets, Azure, SQL Server, Power BI, and SSRS development experience: 5 years (required)
Experience with integration patterns and technologies, such as Data Entities, OData, API integration, and Microsoft Azure integration services: (required)
Experience with setting up Power Automate, MS Flows, Logic Apps: 5 years (preferred)
Experience with maintaining custom code in Azure DevOps: 5 years (preferred)
Experience in enhancing Azure BOT framework to automate business processes: 5 years (preferred)
Power BI: 5 years (preferred)
SQL: 5 years (preferred)
SSRS: 5 years (preferred)
X++: 5 years (preferred)
MS Dynamics 365 Developer Certification: (preferred)
Functional knowledge of Finance modules AR, AP, GL, FA, Vertex, Sales Force is a plus.
