**D365 Finance and Controlling Analyst****Posicion con Base en Monterrey o Ciudad Juarez**Manufacturing Company is searching a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Analyst, Responsible for the setup and configuration of D365 Finance and Operations. Work with business stakeholders and users to understand their needs and requirements and design, configure and implement the system to meet their needs.- Coordinate regional and global change requests and analyze impacts between entities.- Optimize work routine accordingly; Finance processes, including but not limited to General Ledger, Reporting, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable & Receivable and Bank Management.**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:- Public Accountant or IT degree, MBA degree preferred.- Bilingual English - Spanish- **Solid ERP knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or F&O. D365 implementation using company process template.**- 5+ years of experience with Financial Management reporting; General Ledger, Reporting, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable & Receivable and Bank Management- Knowledge in system integration and data migration- Knowledge of the material and value flows within ERP systems and interfaces.- Manufacturing industry experience - automotive supplier for OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2 is a plus.- Experience on operating in shared services or nearshore team is a plus.- Strong analytical skills - work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and drive solutions.- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
