D365 Platform Operations professionals are responsible for deploying updates, patches, and enhancements, as well as managing integrations with other systems. They monitor system usage, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and implement security measures to safeguard data and protect against potential threats.What you'll be doing:The key responsibilities for D365 Platform Operations include:Continuously monitoring the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to ensure its health, availability, and performance.Responding to and resolving incidents related to the D365 platform, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions.Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the D365 platform and its data from unauthorized access or breaches.Proactively identifying and addressing performance issues to optimize the speed and responsiveness of the D365 system.Managing the deployment of updates, patches, and new releases to the D365 platform, ensuring smooth and error-free implementations.Overseeing integrations between D365 and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and compatibility.Implementing regular data backups and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard against data loss or system failures.Monitoring system usage and performance trends to plan for future capacity needs and infrastructure scaling.Ensuring the D365 platform complies with relevant data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.Managing changes to the D365 platform, including evaluating impacts, coordinating testing, and communicating changes to stakeholders.Maintaining detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and audit purposes.Interacting with vendors and support teams to address technical issues and escalate problems as necessary.Providing technical leadership, support, and troubleshooting assistance to D365 users and addressing their queries.Generating and presenting performance reports and metrics related to the D365 platform to stakeholders and management.Identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and best practices to enhance the efficiency of D365 platform operations
