We're proud of that and we see it as a genuine source of strength for building high performing teams.Key Responsibilities:New hire global training for all migrations, back fills & movements within the Ocean and Logistics & Services segments (P2P, OTC & ATR vertical)Preparation of training content, Job aids and Quick reference guides and training deliveryTNI (Training Need Identification)- Identify comprehensive training needs for BAU population based on tenure and levels (up to Manager level)Identify, create, and roll out process for disseminating process updates to end users on a periodic basis (stakeholder feedback & process inefficiencies identified)Ensure updates are incorporated in training content accordinglyEnsure training coverage for identified population in PTP, OTC & ATR domain in the Ocean and Logistics & Services segments.Ensure version changes are maintained for training materials of all processesCapture the training effectiveness with creating pre and post assessments (wherever applicable) and report out the knowledge needle movement to leadership team.Creating and publishing training calendars and sending the session invites.Maintaining training data and publishing timely reports post training session highlighting coverage, assessment score, feedback, etc.We are looking for:Finance and Accounting process knowledge, especially in P2P, OTC and ATRStrong & proven experience in training, learning and development functionGraduateLanguage proficiency primarily in Spanish & English is a must for this role.
