Main responsabilities
- Responsible for sorting, classification, numbering, registration and archiving of all archives and technical data according to relevant regulations of company data
- Assist superior to establish and improve archives management rules and regulations and related norms
- To effectively manage the archives, prevent the loss, damage and disclosure of the archives, and supervise the sale of the destroyed archives
- To be responsible for transferring and consulting company archives and materials;
- Responsible for checking the return of archival materials due. Integrity, report and deal with problems in time;
- Responsible for the controlled release and archiving of new project data and the recovery and storage of old version data after updating;
- Use micro soft office software and other tools(such as the QMS) for information management of archives
- Responsible for the purchase of daily office materials (batteries, pens, etc.); And manage the tool's entry and exit accounts;
- Responsible for gathering materials of weekly MEQ meeting; Meeting room reservation management
- Responsible for collecting annual type test data of mass production project
- Complete other things arranged by manager.
