**Job Description**:
The People Services Delivery Excellence team drives the project, analytic and automatization engine that support our management, Operations teams, and business partners to make informed decisions to improve ROI and Employee Experience. We drive a system of working that puts data, analytics, and technology at the core of every decision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver data insights involving a combination of data, visuals and narrative to explain what is happening in the operation and why the insights from data are important.
- Establish holistic and top-down structured analytical approaches focused on data storytelling.
- Support People Services Operations in the development of KPI goal tracking.
- Acquire, verify, clean, and synthesize data from a variety of databases and resources. Ensure data quality, consistency, structure, and the tools / capabilities necessary to successfully execute.
- Providing high-quality and accurate analytics and reporting that reflect People Services performance
- Support the development of standardized 'on-demand, self-service' dashboards and reports in support of the People Services organization
- Collaborate on cross-team process efficiency initiatives which establish procedures that positively impact the organization's operation
- Define, develop, and improve standard People Services metrics and provide simple and complex analytics, addressing effectiveness, efficiency and quality
- Work with leadership to develop a strategy relating projects with business objectives and results, integrated with business purpose
- Articulate stakeholder requirements and acceptance criteria though "user stories"
- Align and collaborate with People Services stakeholders to deliver completed data assets
- Provide decision support through development of business case analysis

**Qualifications**

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent
- 6+ years general systems and data analysis experience
- Strong practical use of data concepts and tools, aggregated reporting, analytics and visualization
- Demonstrated business acumen, problem solving skills, intellectual maturity, and relationship building skills
- Perform with high personal standards in Character, Ethics and Integrity
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to move quickly and deal with ambiguity
- Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance/supervision
- Strong multi-task and organization/process skills
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex issues to provide insight and metrics to drive the right business decisions
- Structure presentations in straightforward, efficient manner that communicate key issues for action/decision
- Experience with HUE, SQL, KNIME, POWER BI, SharePoint Online, Power APPs, Relational Data Bases Modeling
- Adept at conducting research into project-related issues
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and influence good decision making
- Ability to prioritize assignments/projects and multi-task within restricted time constraints

**Additional Job Description**:
Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis.
