As a P&G Data Analyst, you'll need to be highly motivated, results-oriented, and very confident drawing insights from data.
You should have the capability to lead change, develop people and organizations, and tackle sophisticated problems by thinking critically.
While we invest heavily in improving these skills in you, it helps to show that you already have the skills.
About the Role and Main Responsibilities:
Optimize and expand our selling model by identifying opportunities through data analysis.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
Create reports to track granular and cumulative team progress.
Identify insights & opportunities to improve dentist interactions.
Propose innovative ideas to increase results and bring optimizations.
Analyze data from different sources.
Optimize remote sample delivery activities.
Ensure adherence to our stewardship guidelines.

Job Qualifications:
Eligible to work in Interlomas.
1 to 3 years of substantial professional experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or related.
Previous experience managing data analysis.
Strong communication skills with a customer service orientation/attitude.
Graduated from any bachelor's degree (Data Analysis preferable).
Strong leadership skills; you will lead in the envisioning of the future of your business, engage/enable/energize your team, and implement plans with excellence.
Team orientation, can-do attitude, and ability to deliver breakthrough results.
Strong oral and written English communication skills.
