Your work will be based on thorough analysis and the best available information. You will need a high level of proficiency in syndicated and custom, primary and secondary data.**Essential Skills/Experience**:- Quantitative bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Operations Research, Management Science, Economics or related fields.- Excellent communication and business interaction skills.- Proficiency with SQL, Python, PySpark, Snowflake.- Solid understanding in data visualization tools (Qlik and Power BI).- Experience in MS Office products - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.- Knowledge in IQVIA or Komodo Sentinel datasets and understanding towards pharma/healthcare landscape.- Proficiency in manipulating and extracting insights from large longitudinal data sources, such as Claims, EMR and other patient level data sets.- Analytical thinking and data aggregation skills.- Expertise in managing and analyzing a range of large, secondary transactional databases.- Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving ability.- Ability to derive, summarize and communicate insights from analyses.- Organization and time management skills.**Desirable Skills/Experience**:- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with business leaders and cross-functional business partners.- Strong communication and influencing skills.- Strong organizational skills and time management; ability to manage diverse range of simultaneous projects.- Knowledge of AZ and Alexion brands and it's science.At AstraZeneca's Operations department, we are committed to getting more medicines to patients quickly, affordably and sustainably.
