The DA has an in-depth understanding of the Data lifecycle and will ensure smooth business operations through prompt and accurate master data preparation by working closely with the different Data Quality Managers, Data Domain Owners, Key Users, Supply planners, and End users who are responsible for creating, maintaining, and deleting data, i.E., Material item master, PIR, SL, BOMs, and Routings depending on the need.Specific Duties:Coordinate Regional, Plant, and Distribution Center data master changesAdminister One shuttleImprove On-time rate in One shuttle WorkflowIdentify process and quality gaps and resolve data issues in a timely mannerEstablish and maintain an ongoing process for measuring master data process activity (number of requests and their cycle times) and data qualityPrepare and publish monthly data quality reports in collaboration to understand root causes and take corrective actions to avoid inconsistencies in dataEvaluate business impact and lost opportunity due to poor data qualityProvide localized trainingSupport new modules, releases, and project deployment by ensuring data creation or modificationsEnsure Role assignment per user in the plant without risks and violationsAudit SAP access users every quarterQualificationsRequired Skills:Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little supervisionRigorous and accurateListening, negotiating, and decision-making skillsOpen-minded and open to changeCommunication and teaching orientedFocused on results & achievementsAbility to cooperate and work in a multicultural environmentData Migration or Life cycle on Master Data is helpfulExperience:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business ManagementSAP experience / ERP experienceExcellent problem-solving abilitiesOperational experience in the domainStrong attention to detail and follow-through#J-18808-Ljbffr
