Help us deliver solutions that ensure Life Is On everywhere, for everyone, and at every moment: Watch here.About the Position:The Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining Data Quality, working closely with the Data Governance team and all facilities at the regional level, supporting Digital transformation, LTIP Projects, and Continuous improvement initiatives to ensure data quality. The DA has an in-depth understanding of the Data lifecycle and will ensure smooth business operations through prompt and accurate master data preparation by working closely with different Data Quality Managers, Data Domain Owners, Key Users, Supply planners, and End users responsible for creating, maintaining, and deleting data, including Material item master, PIR, SL, BOMs, and Routings.Specific Duties:Coordinate Regional, Plant and Distribution Center data master changes.Administer One shuttle.Improve On-time rate in One shuttle Workflow.Identify process and quality gaps and resolve data issues in a timely manner.Establish and maintain an ongoing process for measuring master data process activity (number of requests and their cycle times) and data quality.Prepare and publish monthly data quality reports in collaboration to understand root causes and take corrective actions to avoid inconsistencies in data.Evaluate business impact and lost opportunities due to poor data quality.Provide localized training.Support new modules, releases, and project deployments by ensuring data creation or modifications.Ensure role assignment per user in the plant without risks and violations.Audit every quarter the SAP access users.Qualifications:Required Skills:Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little supervision.Rigorous and accurate.Listening, negotiating, and decision-making skills.Open-minded and open to change.Communication and teaching-oriented.Focused on results & achievements.Ability to cooperate and work in a multicultural environment.Data Migration or Life cycle on Master Data is helpful.Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Management.SAP experience / ERP experience.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Operational experience in the domain.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.#J-18808-Ljbffr
