**Key responsibilities**:

- Deep understanding of how Master Data functions impacts to the upstream/downstream areas of the business.
Not limited to but including; distribution, billing, commissions, royalties, and revenue reporting and other internal & external areas.
- Embeds quality control processes that support the departmental quality goals both from an individual and team perspective.
- Analyze and ensure product information is complete and compatible with the business systems, validating accuracy of information and proactively identifying issues.
- Process or create necessary reports within the organization which aid in performing job related tasks as well as manage all error reports.
- Analyze business cases and product release notices to identify attributes required for the product implementation of saleable materials in the business systems and associated mass subscription processes/orders.
**Desired Qualifications**:

- University/College degree preferred and 2-4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated advanced process, product and systems knowledge, teamwork and technical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; with the ability to communicate with individuals at various levels within the organization and with external customers.
- Self-starter with significant personal initiative who operates effectively in dynamically-changing environment.
- Ability to work with team members, contacts from other teams, departments, virtual and off-site teams effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and stay focused while dealing with multiple assignments and tasks.
- Detail-oriented with an aptitude for analysis and problem solving on an individualized level and within the context of a team environment.
