Data Analyst

Design and develop dynamic dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).- Provide timely and actionable reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and improvement in reporting and analysis processes.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and senior management to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven insights.- Lead and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on analytical techniques, tools, and methodologies.- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex data in an accessible manner.Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling:- Build and implement predictive models to forecast trends, customer behavior, and business outcomes.- Contribute to the development of data-driven business strategies by providing advanced analytical insights.Technical Skills:- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and/or SAS.- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).- Expertise in data manipulation, transformation, and integration using tools such as Excel, SQL, and ETL platforms.- Experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.G., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.ADVANCED ENGLISH
