Knowledge of working in the "cloud" is a plus as our firm is 100% digital.Data Analyst Responsibilities:Monitor, review, and enhance the data collection processes in the firm.Set and monitor the appliance of the required rules to ensure the accuracy of the data collected firm-wide.Apply AI to automate routine data processes, collection, cleaning, preparation, and continuous data exploration for potential insights.Prepare reports and dashboards on different apps the company uses (Insightly, Power BI, Quickbooks, etc).Apply and make the best use of the company's data on ML models designed internally.Use ML algorithms to predict trends in tax laws and customer behavior.Apply NLP techniques for analyzing client interactions and improving CRM.Create complex models that simulate various business scenarios, including tax strategy outcomes.Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer, bookkeeping, tax, etc. to support and creatively answer unstructured business questions and harness the predictive power of the results.Ensure that the "Data Analyst" thrives for the team and the Manager/HOD
