**Position: Data Analyst**

**Summary / Objective**:
**Klickly** is searching for an experienced Data Analyst with an interest in developing as a Data Scientist. This role will be responsible for driving much of Klickly's data analysis efforts, while also developing skills to support the company's ongoing data science and machine learning initiatives. The role is especially suited to individuals with a proven track-record (i) executing disparate and varied data analyses, (ii) leveraging data to deliver valuable, real-world solutions, and (iii) working effectively within evolving and high-growth startup environments. Passion for startups is a must as is fluency in English (both verbal and written).
**Essential functions**:
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Working with various Klickly teams to understand data-related problems, execute high-value data analyses, design, build, and improve data models, confidently interpret results, and defend forecasts
- Collecting, processing, and cleaning quantitative (and occasionally qualitative) data from various sources
- Creating reusable, client-quality spreadsheet-based models and reports, BI-based dashboards, and other data outputs
- Interpreting the results of analyses in a way that can be used to inform business strategies
- Presenting analyses to business partners and senior leadership and making recommendations
**Desired experience and skills**:
- A Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, information science, engineering, statistics, or a highly quantitative field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis and/or business insights, with a proven track record driving innovation and business impact
- Demonstrated ability to frame hypotheses and identify meaningful metrics (you should be very comfortable with open-ended problems)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides/Sheets
- Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding languages (Tableau, Looker, etc.) or equivalent
- Proficiency / familiarity with Snowflake and Sigma
- Strong interest in machine learning, data science, and statistical modeling, including common machine learning languages and platforms (Python, R, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, MXNet etc.), and a desire to train, custom machine learning models with first-party data
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
