**Job Purpose**:
This role involves the preparation and amendment of data in Link systems and the creation of reporting templates.
The job holder is expected to offer a way for people to understand trends and derive insights by streamlining the effort needed to search for, merge and query the data necessary to make business decisions.
**Key Performance Indicators**:
The primary indicator will be:
- Identifying Savings Opportunities
Secondary indicators will include:
- On time delivery of management reporting
- On time delivery of client reporting
**Job Duties**:
- Understand our WOW with our client, product categories, SLA's, savings categories, margins etc.
- Make sure Connect has the most accurate information possible, chase the local teams for amendments.
- Deliver reports for review and chase teams for update(s)
- Create internal reporting to track all KPI's (Add and include conversion rates)
- Run weekly WIP reports
- Submit all requested reports including but not limited to customer meeting reports, forecasts, and monthly sales reports to the Regional Account Director.
- Suggest new layout for monthly/annual reporting graphs/data
- Input data for all countries into PPT template format
- Create new PPT reporting template
- Demonstrate creativity and share new ideas with peers.
- Support Link Management to provide added value to the client resulting from the use of data analysis
- Rationalise suppliers through data analysis of our spend
- Measure the savings on the sustainability pillars
- Prioritise own workload from scheduling requests to ensuring deadlines are met
- Conduct all activities in compliance with company policies and standards
**Skills and Experience**:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Consistent attention to detail
- Knowledge of Big Data / capture and processing of data from various sources, being structured and unstructured.
- Capacity to identify analytical standards/ patterns
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of other ways of managing data
- Excellent task-based organisational, planning and execution skills
- Self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and organisation skills
- Fluent in English written & spoken
