Experiência y requisitos
1. **Data Management Experience**:
- Previous work experience in collecting, organizing, and maintaining large volumes of data.
- Familiarity with databases and data management tools such as SQL, Access, or industry-specific tools.
- Knowledge of implementing data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy.
2. **Data Analysis Skills**:
- Experience analyzing large and complex datasets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced level), Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, among others.
- Ability to identify patterns and trends in data that can influence decision-making.
3. **Presentation and Communication Skills**:
- Experience in creating reports and presentations that clearly communicate analytical findings.
- Ability to tailor data presentations to the audience, whether technical or non-technical.
- Experience in developing effective and understandable data visualizations.
4. **Advanced Excel Expertise**:
- Mastery of advanced Excel functions, such as pivot tables, macros, data modeling, and complex formulas.
- Experience in automating processes and creating dashboards in Excel.
- Ability to develop customized analysis and reporting tools in Excel.
5. **Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and Reporting Tools**:
- Experience with BI tools for generating automated and real-time reports.
- Knowledge of integrating different data sources into a single report.
