The role is critical in the provision of performance reporting to enable the Leadership Team to identify emerging trends that need further performance analysis and intervention.This is a key role for the Planning Team as he/she becomes the Global knowledge expert/point person for Cockpit (Tableau) reporting. As a result, this role carries leadership & ownership.**Your Impact**- BPM System Management / Design Cockpit / Optimize links with SPOT- Development of visual dashboard for E2E reporting for:- Financial Performance- Drill-down capability to Geo (Global, Sector, OpUnit/BU, Market Unit performance)- Development and Deployment of Reporting Framework- Design and Development of harmonized dashboards- Continuous Improvement and evolution of tools & systems- Proactively identify required changes to ensure system fit for purpose/support customer requirements- Prioritize and Lead implementation of changes and developments- Ensure training & how to best leverage the tool, sharing Best Practice across Europe- Training Lead- Schedule and train new users- Develop tool training guides (videos, decks, live, etc)Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?**Systems and Data Management- Tableau advanced technical skills and excel knowledge are a MUST- Knowledge of Power BI is a MUST- Dashboarding (50+ Operational KPIS)- MU, BU, Sector, Global Aggregation ($67Bn Net Revenue)**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills
