**Position Overview**The Data Analyst is part of a global team responsible for customer data management and governance for the Enterprise.
**Responsibilities**- Monitor an active working queue in SalesForce for new site creation and linking requests- Vet customer request to ensure they are authentic and accurate- Maintain data quality by checking for duplicate records and adhering to strict address and naming conventions- Assist with data quality clean up initiatives- Decision making**Knowledge & Experience**- Familiarity with database concepts- Previous exposure to Cloud data integration and management- Extensive experience with using the internet for search- Hands-on experience with customer and/or user experience- Strong understanding of data entry/update best practices- Multi-lingual in English, Mandarin, and/or Japanese is a plus**Personal** **Attributes**- Strong customer service orientation- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills- Ability to conduct research into data issues and as required- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language**Work Environment**:As the COVID-19 pandemic and the different levels of quarantine continue to threaten our future, what remains is our commitment to our people.
