Overview:The Data Analysis function provides insight into different aspects of the data operations function, ranging from the ingestion of raw data files to the conversion into information. Using skills in data engineering and analysis, this role will serve as a team member to obtain, analyze, organize, and interpret data to produce actionable findings.Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.Responsibilities:Data Process and Data QualitySubject Matter Expert in analysis of the sequential selection nature of our CCV operations.Develop process to cycle through daily intake files for the result of tracking and warehousing changes from day to day.Transform changes to:Identify potential data loss.Estimate potential risk for operations.Evaluate data consistency over the continuum.Seek opportunities for growth alongside team lead and key stakeholders.Work with engineering partners to understand and ensure data quality.Assist team with other opportunity analyses.Data AnalysisPerform data analysis, data mining and identify root cause of issues using SQL.Transform data into useful information and reporting using BI tools.Assist the Engineering/Tools team with new business requirements and help them with Functional Specifications.Assist in the conversion of internal processes from manual to automated through coding and programming.Work with Operations to troubleshoot complex database issues related to the specific environment.Automate and refine processes, track issues and document changes.Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Health Science, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.4-6 years' experience with data analysis and data transformation skills using database and business intelligence applications.2-4 years' experience within the Healthcare or Insurance space.Strong knowledge of MSSQL, stored procedures and other data tools to analyze diverse data sets.Strong knowledge of healthcare and medical claims data required.Strong judgment regarding time-based analysis.Strong data collection, analysis, and interpretation skills.Proven ability to build a data process from start to finish.Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.Ability to analyze raw data and produce comprehensible results, with ability to think logically and process sequentially with a high level of detailed accuracy.Ability to work well independently or in a team environment.Working knowledge of Hadoop File System or other real-time data systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.Experience in Financial Analysis a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
