ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and resolve any production job failuresResponsible for break fixesNeed to work on incident tickets and service requests to bring them closure within the defined SLAsShould be able to handle small enhancement requestsNeed to coordinate with various teams like Application admins, system admins, DBAs if there are any failures to be handledFlexible to work in rotational shifts and weekend shiftsTroubleshooting and do performance tuningResponsible to ensure the fixes are successfully deployed in productionYOU MUST HAVE4 years of minimum Hands-on experience with informatica power center & IDMC (IICS) ETL tools with key transformation componentsGood analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in Redwood - Job scheduling is an added advantageShould have good understanding in oracle/SQL server SQL and PL- SQLNeed to have knowledge on Unix scriptsExperience in ETL monitoring and support projectsWE VALUETroubleshoot and tune existing ETL solutions; Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of data warehouse systems & application integration analysis
