**Job Details**
The Data Analyst has the knowledge and skills to develop and create presentations, trend charts and dashboards that turn raw data into information and insight, which can be used to make business decisions.
He/she will analyze data in legacy ERP systems in Global Products PBUs to understand data sources and how this will be migrated to S4H.
With that understanding, the Data Analyst will work with stakeholders to determine if enhancements can improve analytics, root cause analysis, decision making and operational performance.
Enhancement opportunities will be documented and communicated.
In addition, the Data Analyst will gain access to data tables and the data lake to develop and deliver information required for the stockholders and IT.
An additional responsibility will be to study and learn corresponding data PTP capabilities in S4 HANA ERP.
This includes a working understanding of how PTP data tables are organized, accessed, and configured in S4 HANA to enhance decision making in the future state end-to-end business process.
The Data Analyst will document key learnings and pass these learnings to the change management lead so appropriate training content can be created and delivered to end users.
Has the knowledge to organize meetings to solve issues regarding to GAPS for the implementation with the owners of the processes.
The PTP Data Analyst will review the process of materials that generate an account to pay from the company since the requirement to the payment process.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
- Review the process of PTP transactions Vs TOM and Dictionaries.
- Set up teams' meetings to solve issues with the people needed.
- Elaborate reports of project status for PTP.
- Prepare reports for management showing the status of the project.
- Work with SAP Data Domain experts, SAP Reports experts, site data leads, PBU/Functional data leads and site data object owners to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications and devise data governance strategies
- Identify and catalog lessons learned for future SAP ERP site deployments
- Follow the pre-deployment data readiness guidelines as provided by the GP MDM team
- Analyze material process operations in the legacy system to compare with SAP S4H.
- Find the owners of the PTP operations to collaborate with the implementation.
- Get data for the PTP process review it analyze it and identify needs for migration.
- Follow up data process and understand missing information.
- Analyze, compare and complete PTP data for deployment.
- Support PTP Business owners for implementation.
**Skills and abilities**
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Understanding of Accounts Payable process.
- Ability to communicate in English (both oral and written) with the global teams
- Proven ability to respond within short time to constraints and meet deadlines, while maintaining accuracy
- Demonstrated collaborative, problem solving, prioritization, and analytical skills
- Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
- Knowledge of Teams software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
**Qualifications**
- **Advanced English skills**:

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree is a plus
