**Title**: Quality Engineer**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Coahuila**Organizational Group**: A&T SM Ag&Turf/R1/R2**Personnel Area**: IJD CRA**Function**: Quality Engineering**Job Grade**: 07**Hiring Manager**: Jesus Gongora**Recruiter**: Fernando Eleazar Reyes**Main responsibilities**:**What skills you need**:- Customer attention to quality issues and solving through RCAs and tracking of corrective actions, gathers and analyzes data,- Active participation in business Improvement teams (BITs) as driver for the CI process, innovation through the technology in Assembly processes to prevent mistakes, reduce or eliminate non-value added resulting from non-conformances, scrap or reclaim.- Assists in identifying, communicating and resolving supplier quality problems. Conducts process audits as part of CI process.- Create quality procedures to maintain/update the quality system and supports quality system audits.- Provides training to co-workers, operators and auditors on quality procedures and tools.- Participates on PDP (Product Delivery Process) teams, leading DPAR, PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, manufacturing processes and instruction validation, Cpks performance release.**What makes you stand out**:Data analytics management, Software management for data interpretation and analysis techniques, Proficient in English writing and speaking. Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation, product models interpretation, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) domain. Knowledge of manufacturing and/or distribution processes, quality core tools domain such as FMEA (Failure Modes Effect Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), Root Cause Analysis, Statistics.
