Overview:
IDC is seeking a **Data & Analytics Analyst** to join the imaging solutions team.
The **Data & Analytics Analyst **should possess strong research, presentation, and time management skills and knowledge of the technology markets. The analsyt should preferably have an interest or knowledge in the technology areas listed above and should be capable of handling large datasets and models.
This role will be based out of our **Mexico City** office in a Hybrid work schedule.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain forecasting and segmentation models for analyzing consumer trends across device markets in Latin America
- Track vendor market revenues and shares as well as developing vendor/industry relationships
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all program deliverables
- Demonstrate proficiency in delivering compelling presentations and written communication
- Assist with the presentation of insight to clients
- Assist in the development of survey questions to be asked to consumers and businesses in Canada
- Assist with other ongoing research projects/programs, as needed
Qualifications:
- **Professional fluency in written and oral English (MUST)**:
- ** 2+ years of experience in Market Research**:
- ** Strong presentation skills and experience speaking in front of an audience (MUST)**:
- Strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, able to work in a team, and demonstrates the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with project management and process improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-project environment with the ability to re-prioritize effectively when necessary
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels
- Ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders whose requirements often conflict

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified Latam region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between MX$300,000 and MX$360,000 of base salary plus variable compensation (if applicable).
