USPURPOSE STATEMENT:
The Data Analytics / Data Management Specialist has the role of collecting informatiom various sources and analyzing r better understanding about how the business performs, ensuring anomalies are identified and data is assured.They are responsible to 1) process, integrate & store the data, ask theright questions to begin the discovery process and run the initial data investigation and exploratory analysis; 2) develop and maintaindata models to increase data & insights accessibility across the organization.Confidencial ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Provide insight on data business analysis deep dives:
find connection between all available data sources and integrate into 1 single consumer view, including 1st party data, 2nd party data and 3rd party data; working with outside vendors to enrich existing consumer data.Correlate various sources of data to act powerful insights that will enable predictions and data-driven decision-making and help drive value and growth.Data cleaning, mining & analysis & holistic integration of different data sets.Investigate optimization opportunities and manage automation processes to create a centralized knowledge platform.Identify and resolve data inconsistencies. Ensure data traces (e.G., Adobe UTM tag, Offline D2C leading into BAT data ecosystem) are put in place and overseen.Data & augmentation (integration of diff data sets); act as data stewarconsumer data (keep count on potential overlay with commercial).Leverage the power of data & analytics to identify opportunities to drive growth of the companyand enable timely and decision making.Develop dashboard to monitor and evaluate information and data systems that could affect analytical results.Develop own technical skills as identified and agreed in personal development plan.To collaborate with other team members, and contribute in accelerating the performance of tnctionWork with IDT, other Strategy, Planning and Insights teams, as well as Brand and Activation teams to ensure data integrity and highly effective integration across data platforms.Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceHands-on Importante empresa in Data Management & Analytics, Data governanceIntermediate level of SQL experienceHands on Importante empresa working with different data types e.G., numerical, date and categorical data, commercial performance data (e.G., Nielsen, IRIrst party consumer dataProficient in Excel, Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), PowerPoint.Fluency in English is a must, since the role is regarding the US marketWE ARE BATAt BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
