**- Balance work of outbound channels- Market research & analysis- Working with reports- Collaborating with recruitment and marketing teams- Researching and analyzing large volumes of information**Must haves**- 1+ year experience in data analysis, data quality, and data entry- Strong knowledge of Excel/GoogleSheets- Excellent written and good spoken English- Good negotiation and communication skills- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment- Ownership mindset- Aptitude for easy-learning- Attention to detail- Ability to Google like a Pro and present research in a structured way**Nice to haves**- 1+ years of hands-on experience in Lead Generation, Sales, or Customer Support- Understanding of the IT industry, Recruiting processes, and technologies' trends**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
