.**Data & Analytics Practice Lead****The Role**:As a Practice Lead for our growing Data & Analytics business, you will be responsible for all aspects of the practice: the strategy, technology roadmap, services and product offerings, team, service delivery, and, ultimately, the practice's P&L. As the face of the Data & Analytics practice, this role is responsible for partnering with Sales & Marketing to position and champion the practice's services and capabilities. This includes leading interactions with customers and channel partners (e.G., Microsoft), as well as actively participating in marketing activities such as social media (e.G., LinkedIn) engagement, webinars, and more.The Practice Lead will work closely across Practices, Business Units, and Sales & Marketing to communicate strategy, offerings, and innovation within the practice, identifying opportunities for new and existing services and solutions that can be offered to clients. The role will also be responsible for educating the sales department on the services and products as well as working closely with clients in identifying their business needs and providing technical solutions.In addition to the above, the Practice Lead will be responsible for leading a globally distributed team of data architects, engineers, and analysts that support both technical presales engagement and post-sale projects to deliver high-quality services and solutions for our clients. You will provide strategic direction and operational management on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the Data & Analytics business is organized and executes to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness to positively impact customer revenue, retention, growth, and satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure that the organization's data and analytics capabilities are aligned with our business objectives.Our clients are looking for our expertise to help them build modern data & analytics solutions utilizing Microsoft products. We work closely with clients to understand their IT infrastructure, data estate, business objectives, and how modern Microsoft Cloud solutions can help them achieve those objectives.
