This position will involve creating, executing, and managing commercial reports and data using BI tools to drive insights and business performance.You will act as a liaison between business and technology teams, troubleshooting any data or performance issues that arise, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across teams.As a Commercial Reporting Analyst, you'll be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating tasks, and managing activities to ensure seamless reporting processes.Your Impact:In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:Analyzing requests and issues, providing solutions through existing reporting tools or enhancing new functionalities.Optimizing reporting processes by implementing industry best practices.Establishing processes to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems efficiently.Ensuring appropriate customer escalations and managing ticket assignments across teams, including sustainment.Overseeing the onboarding process for new reports and services, training the end-user community.Participating in fine-tuning activities to improve system performance and meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements).Collaborating with business subject matter experts to gather functional business requirements.Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team processes.Owning the creation of Business Intelligence functional specifications and assessing project requirements.Executing reports on time and in alignment with SLAs.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for data and reporting to join our team
