Data Assistant

Main activities
- Utilize various software programs to generate and clean relevant data.
- Enters data, conducts data verification, and performs data corrections, as required.
- Compiling potential client lists for marketing clients.
- Clean data in CRM (hubspot).
- Providing general administration support
- Managing team spreadsheets
- Collating training needs and coordinating training for the team, in agreement with management.
- Maintaining filing system
- Taking charge of general office administration

**Qualifications**:

- Microsoft excel (basic knowledge of formulas & tables)
- English proficiency (bilingual).
- Understanding of computers and spreadsheets.
- Attention to detail and adherence to product guidelines/procedures to obtain accuracy in assignments.
- Ability to process & analyze data quickly and accurately.
- Hubspot basic knowledge

**Salary**: From $15,000.00 per month
