.In HP we are solving some of the most interesting possibilities around discovering, experimenting, increasing, sustaining, and stabilising the ROI on data investments using agile and lean and quality based frameworks.This is an interesting role for a data solutions centric agile delivery manager who can show keen interest in data solutions and working together with clients and team to evolve and mature the capabilities of the engineering, data architecture, quality, and operations team to align with business values and ROI.The role has fantastic career path to evolve towards product management, data operations delivery and optimisations, or enterprise data architecture in one the largest GTM based analytics and data science team within HP where we tackle some of the most challenging, innovative, and complex data solutions aligned to value.Job Responsibilities:Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices; Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate the data collection and performance measurement process and escalate issues as necessary; Make contributions to research and analyses on priority projects within established guidelines; Build user journeys, product journeys, and engineering journeys and tasks; Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements; Proactively identify and address potential impediments or conflicts that may impact team productivity, and take necessary actions to resolve them; Track and communicate team progress, metrics, and key performance indicators to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability; Stay up-to-datewith the latest trends and advancements in Agile methodologies, and drive the adoption of new tools and practices to enhance team efficiency and productivity; Additional Responsibilities:Define the metrics required to measure business performance, and compare actual data to forecasted values; Execute research projects, gather intelligence on current industry, technology, and consumer trends, and summarize research findings tailored to business needs; Conduct and summarize complex data and business analyses to develop business plans, including revenue and demand projections, workforce optimization, and channel management; Job Requirements:Typically 6+ years' experience in Strategy, Planning, Operations, Finance or related functional area; University degree in Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics or relevant; In-depth understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc
