At Factorial, we're looking for a new Data Engineer to help us boost the company's support team to the next level.
Ready to be part of the challenge? Role Overview:The Data Engineer is essential for managing and optimizing the flow of data from various sources into the SaaS platform. This role involves data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) while collaborating closely with data analysts and other teams to ensure the integration of operational and historical data.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage data pipelines to efficiently perform ETL operations.Collaborate with Data and Business Analysts to clarify data requirements and proper structuring.Integrate diverse data sources while ensuring consistency and accuracy.Create scripts and automated tools to streamline data entry processes.Oversee data migrations from legacy systems, ensuring data integrity.Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies and performance issues.Monitor data performance and optimize processes for improved efficiency.Key Skills:Proficient in SQL, ETL tools, and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation.Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.Strong understanding of data integration and transformation methodologies.Familiarity with SaaS platforms and their data architectures.Ability to handle complex data migration tasks effectively.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.Competence with ETL processes and data migration projects.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience with SaaS data structures preferred.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with a collaborative and innovative team.We care about people and we also offer a lot of benefits for employees.Professional growth and development opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.About Us:Factorial is an all-in-one HR Software fast-growing company founded in 2016.
