We helped pioneer the value-based healthcare model—where hospitals and physicians are paid based on patient outcomes—because our company was founded on the belief that insurers need to be true partners in the health system.Remote role within Mexico**Responsibilities**:- Design, develop, and maintain Kafka data streaming architectures.- Build ETL pipelines using Kafka Connect for data ingestion and processing.- Optimize Kafka clusters for performance and scalability.- Monitor and troubleshoot Kafka clusters and data pipelines.- Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements and provide technical guidance.- Document Kafka architectures and best practices.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- Strong Kafka architecture and administration skills.- Proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python.- Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms.- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes
