- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of database systems, **ETL processes**, and **data modeling.**:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as **Python, Java, or Scala.**:
- Experience with big data technologies like **Hadoop**, **Spark**, or **Kafka**.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms **(AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)**.
- Understanding of **data warehousing** and **business intelligence concepts**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate complex technical concepts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, construct, install, and maintain efficient and scalable data architecture.
- Develop and implement ETL processes to collect, process, and store structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and ensure data availability.
- Optimize database systems for performance, reliability, and security.
- Implement and manage data pipelines for real-time and batch processing.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into business processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in data engineering.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging of data systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and workflows.
