The role holder is expected to carry out the below (not an exhaustive list)- Manage the end-to-end RTB process and relevant activities across all of Data Analytics systems per the prescribed HSBC and ITIL standards. Ensure high quality, accurate recording of incident information in service management tools.- Own and manage Incidents, Problem records and Change management, per HSBC ITIL standards.- Handling and improving Batch monitoring, issue resolution and Service requests. Work with engineering to improve the alerting and monitoring mechanism for early detection of incidents.- Ensure that crisis is managed well with periodic updates to business and stakeholders. Understanding changing stakeholder expectations and fulfill them.- Manage the implementation of the Disaster Recovery and role swap of various Production systems.- Monitor and report on all aspects of Production processing (Incidents, Problems, Service Level indicators etc.), using automated dashboards.- Work closely with the Engineering / product team to ensure automation of the Production processes. Promote Site Reliability Engineering culture.Requirements- 5-12 years of overall IT experience with Big Data, Hadoop, Spark, Scala as primary skill set and Java, PLSQL, MQ, Qlik View, BI Tools (Qlik and Power BI),etc. being the secondary skill set.- Sound knowledge on Juniper, Airflow and Control-M scheduling tools.- Good knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle, Unix, shell scripting, monitoring tools like App Dynamics/Splunk.- Open to work in shifts / non-regular hours / weekends as per business requirements.- Should be open to learn new technologies based on project requirements.- Ability to prioritise and work independently within a diverse team environment.- Good communication skills and be a team player of global team.- Proven experience of working in RTB / Production support teams.- Bachelors of Engineering preferred- Experience with Big Data (Hadoop) principles is preferred.- Hands-on experience and sound understanding of HSBC and ITIL, processes and standards.- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.- Knowledge of IBM Websphere Application Server, IBM's Infosphere Information Server and IBM's Master Data Management platform, Websphere MQ
