Data Engineering Trainee

Job RequirementsHelp Chubb LATAM build the single source of truth that will take us to the next level. The intern required must be a proactive, out of the box thinker and problem solver that will build our Entrerprise Datalake.Work Experience**Responsibilities**:The ideal person for this job has a skillset focused on data transformation processes, we are planning rotation to three areas in phases. The phases will be covered as follows:- Datalake ingestion of source systems - Analyze source system and create DDL and DLL for data ingestion - 8 months rotation- Common Business Definition model delivery - From a Data Model given, build a DDL and DLL for a data model - 4 months rotation- Datamarts creation - Create a datamart given a set of business rules - 6 months rotation- The above could change between each other given specific projectsExperience**Desirable**:- Knowledge in Data Base Management- Experience with cloud tools, preferably Azure- Experience with Informatics- Experience in Python / R / Spark - Databricks desirable- Experience with PowerBI**Requirements**:- students who are at least one and a half to two years away from completing their degrees as: Computer Science, IT Management, Business Analytics, Data & Analytics or related- Excel - Basic- SQL, T-SQL, No SQL- Python Desirable- Relational database knowledge, APIs, Rest,- Responsible, Organized, Fast Learner, Analytical, Proactive, Creative, Team player and easy to adapt to change.
