Data Entry Analyst I

The Data Entry Management Technician is responsible for supporting overall data management, maintaining data integrity and also supporting performance metrics management.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Input data from different sources into computer files or database systems.
- Retrieve data/reports from the ERP system or several databases as requested
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Location: Mexicali, México
- Environment: Manufacturing Facility

- Knowledge of basic computer programs
- Bilingual: English
- Spanish

**EXPERIENCE**:

- MS Office proficiency (MS Excel, MS Power Point)
- SAP Experience a plus
- Data Management & Analysis

**EDUCATION**:

- Bachelor's degree (recently completed or in-progress) with an emphasis Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
