The company is an ALE expense management provider, facilitating the expense audit and reimbursement process for insurance adjusters and their policyholders, specifically in homeowners' insurance.
Policyholders can submit various receipts (meals, miscellaneous items, transportation, hotel receipts) for reimbursement when their home is damaged.Responsibilities:Accurately upload receipts submitted by policyholders into the system.Document key receipt details (vendor name, time and date, location, notes, amount).Perform initial reviews of receipts to verify completeness and accuracy.Flag and address any inconsistencies or missing information.Collaborate with the audit team for seamless processing of reviewed receipts.Support team members during high workload periods to boost productivity.Requirements:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Basic proficiency with data entry tools and software; familiarity with receipt management systems is a plus.Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred but not required.Technology knowledge and ability to learn about auditing and reporting.Proactive with the ability to cover different roles; background in analyticsor graphic design is ideal but not a must.Entry-level position with a focus on administrative work experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
