ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information and establishing entry priorities.
2.
Enters the related data into system by inputting alphabetic and numeric information.
3.
Updates database by reviewing, correcting, deleting, reentering, and combining data.
4.
Fills item requests by issuing and/or delivering serial tags and travelers.
5.
Maintains department supplies inventory by anticipating needs, placing orders, reporting needed changes and verifying delivery.
6.
Documents inventory by recording additions, disbursements, adjustments, losses, and removal of items.
7.
Prepares inventory reports by collecting and analyzing information on stock usage and Production Work Orders.
8.
Creates backup files in order to secure information.
9.
Other duties as assigned.Experiência y requisitosSKILLS: 1.
Excellent computer skills - Word, Excel, Windows, and data entry.

Good communication and organizational skills.
3.
Good writing skills.
4.
Must have excellent attention to detail, specifically numbers.
5.
Good understanding of product development and AE release process.
EXPERIENCE: 1 - 3 years of experience in data entry and either materials or production area.
