We are a US-based Software Development company with 30 years of experience and have offices in the United States, Philippines and Taiwan. We aim to develop next generation B2B products every 7 years to stay ahead of the technology curve.

We take pride in our proprietary software that we modify and set up based on our clients' needs and we are expanding in seeking highly technical professionals in Mexico for our added several new clients to our Remittance, Lockbox and new Data Analytics divisions.

**The Processing Operators (Verifiers) shall work under RTL's Lockbox Team and be responsible for**:

- Data quality checking and verification
- Scanning of payment and checks
- System Data Entry
- Payment and Deposit Processing
- Notification and coordination with customers

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in **Payment and Check Processing** is preferred but not a must
- Be able to use critical thinking and take initiative on action items
- **Above average English** communication skills
- Active listening and probing skills
- Above average English verbal and written communication skills
- **Dependable internet connection** for WFH scheme
