**Data Governance Analyst****Role Purpose. **Data Governance Analyst may be located in dedicated data management team or business unit BAU teams. Where these may be in teams or departments carrying out specialist work such as product sales or risk, the holder is expected to have expertise in the field.**Main activities**:- Capturing, analysing and documenting of business process (including IT processes).- Designing of solutions or change interventions.- Managing change activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement.- Documenting progress and managing status reporting.- Understands risk exposure to the bank.- Document meetings through different minutes.Requirements**Requirements**:- Banking experience.- Strong knowledge Trusted Source Framework.- Strong knowledge in governance processes.- Possesses very strong management and interpersonal skills.- Excellent organizational, planning and management skills.- Be delivery focused with ability to pay attention to details and ensure tasks are completed on time.- Structured approach to ensure adherence to the data architecture and management framework defined by Data and Architecture Office (DAO).- Able to build and maintain global and local relationships.- Outstanding written / verbal communication and presentation skills.- Intermediate English.**Leadership & Teamwork**:- Persuasive- Team Building- Follow the execution of learned practices- Empathetic- Creativity- Listening to other ideas- Good communication skills- Build strong one-on-one relationshipsHSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and where their opinions count.
