We're seeking a highly motivated **Data Governance Analyst** to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the **integrity and efficiency of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system**.

As a Data Governance Analyst, you'll be the **guardian of our CRM**, responsible for safeguarding data accuracy, streamlining workflows, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
**What You'll Do**:
- **Become our CRM auditor**:
- Verify deal information in the system, ensuring financial accuracy and alignment with closed amounts.
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
- Manage deal flow, advancing successful audits and flagging issues for correction.
- Ensure critical documents are properly stored and readily accessible.
- **Maintain data integrity and consistency**:
- Analyze and address exceptions identified in reports, including discrepancies in receivables, missing information, and overdue payments.
- Work closely with teams across departments (Finance, IT, Operations) to ensure seamless data flow and system synchronization.
- Identify and report system bugs, suggesting improvement strategies.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives related to auditing, invoicing, and collections.
- **Enhance reporting and analysis**:
- Generate insightful reports on audit activities, exceptions, and cash flow forecasts.
- Review dashboards for data accuracy and suggest modifications for better information display.
- Analyze energy procurement data, identifying trends and potential areas for optimization.
- **Collaborate for success**:
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to maintain clear communication and address emerging needs.
- Work with deal owners to ensure their pipelines are free of outdated information.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Sharp analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (a must).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a keen interest in data manipulation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems a plus, with Microsoft Dynamics highly desirable.
- Prior experience in the energy industry is highly desirable.
