**WHAT TO EXPECT**
- You'll be working with cross functional teams and reporting through our Global Data Governance team.
- This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be transforming data creation processes across the organization.
- You'll be managing a team of data stewards and Analysts

**Key responsibilities**:
- Strong leader ready to mentor, coach and lead a team through a transformational time
- Quick problem solving and strong root cause skills used to drive the decision making process
- Communication, collaboration and relationship building strengths to build and maintain the network required.
- Drive audit program and Data Governance controls to monitor and enhance data accuracy.
- Drive Governance projects, managing people and timelines while reporting status's
**ABOUT YOU**
- 5 - 7 of years of progressive people management experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Project management experience/certification a plus
- Oracle, SAP and SQL experience preferred.
- 15% travel
- ** English Fluency**

- Saving Incentive: 13% of the base salary paid in monthly basis.

- Meal Allowance $3,346.00 MXP per month
