This Sr Financial Analyst will join the Finance Data Management team in SLP, MX, a key group within Honeywell's Finance Transformation team. Finance Transformation team plays a huge role in revolutionizing how we enable digital technology and data assets to generate the right information at the right time for our business leaders to drive value. Digital Transformation drives optimization of Finance processes in areas such as Credit to Cash, Accounting, Planning and Forecasting, Management Reporting etc.Finance Transformation team connects Data, Process, People and Technology across the enterprise. This function aims at enabling standardized digital tool kits, cloud based systems, digitization solutions and simplified data sources to optimize the processes end to end. Our vision is to modernize Finance platforms to enable world-class capabilities through the digitization of business processes while leveraging data as an asset to make a measurable impact on our business performance.**Key Responsabilities**- End to end process ownership of Org Simplification- Lead annual cost center criteria compliance audits for all Honeywell Gold Business Enterprises/Functions- Partner with relevant cross-functional teams to clean up master data issues as an output from Org simplification project- Work with IT teams to implement automation for Org Simplification- Partner with communications team to develop and deploy e-training modules for data governance**YOU MUST HAVE**- Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting- 2+ years of experience in Management Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis- Advanced English- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence leaders and project teams- Experience independently executing assigned tasks**WE VALUE**- Experience with Data Management, Data Governance and/or Financial System administration a plus- Manage sections of an Enterprise-wide project a plus- Exposure to ERPs, Finance Spanning Layer systems- Time management skills**Additional Information**:- ** JOB ID**:Req365955- ** Category**:Finance- ** Location**:Av.
