(negotiable with the client).- Monthly bonus of 2,000 MXN NET.- 12 vacation days after the first year.- Free access to 1DOC3 (Healthcare app).- US holidays.- Remote work.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Performs reconciliations of attendee reimbursements for accuracy, compliance, expense coding and policy adherence in a timely manner.- Scans and file all completed expense reports.- Communicates with internal customers and attendees to resolve expense issues and general questions.- Generates internal and external reporting as defined by management.- Transfers data from paper formats into database systems or EXCEL spreadsheets.- Creates spreadsheet with large numbers of figures, with accuracy.- Verifies data by comparing it to source documents.- Retrieves data from the database or EXCEL spreadsheets as requested.- Sorts and organizes paperwork after entering data.- Investigates and resolves issues related to data tracking and reporting.- Provide support as required for other projects if needed in high volume scenarios.**ABILITIES**- Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously, as well as be part of a successful team.- Passionate about providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Excel skills.- Ability to maintain 100% accuracy when keying and performing detailed and repetitive processes.- Effective and proactive problem-solving skills.**SCHEDULE**- Monday to Friday.**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month**Experience**:- data management: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Inglés avanzado (required)Work Location: Remote
