**DMO Assoc Analyst - Customer**
**Main Purpose**

PepsiCo's Data Management and Operations team is tasked with the responsibility of developing quality data collection processes, maintaining the integrity of our data foundations and enabling business leaders and data scientists across the company to have rapid access to the data they need for decision-making and innovation._

What PepsiCo Data Management and Operations (DMO) does:_**
- _ Maintain a predictable, transparent, global operating rhythm that ensures always-on access to high-quality data for stakeholders across the company_
- _ Responsible for day-to-day data collection, transportation, maintenance/curation and access to the PepsiCo corporate data asset _
- _Work cross-functionally across the enterprise to centralize data and standardize it for use by business, data science or other stakeholders_
- _ Increase awareness about available data and democratize access to it across the company_
- The DMO Analyst in the customer domain will be responsible for collecting, evaluating, and aligning master data process information into MDG, S4 HANA in accordance with Data Governance Policies & the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT Program).
The objective of this role is to execute the business processes implemented for customer master data maintenance (workflows, screens, data rules).
This role is key in ensuring high quality master data records are created and maintained to support business transactions, reporting, & other data requirements in MDG, S4 HANA, and legacy systems._
**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**
- _
Perform data maintenance in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) environment and ensure high quality data per the defined global template rules/standards_
- _ Manage work intake of data setup requests from the business requestors & initiators, ensuring proper completion of workflow requests & approvals on MDG_
- _ Ensure accurate lists of key master data attributes & objects are maintained as a key project reference_
- _ Communicate status of open workflow requests to stakeholders & DMO leads and note follow-ups or issues encountered.

- _Basic knowledge of formal data governance practices and ability to conduct root cause analysis and sees connections between data and process_
- _ Accountability for mass data loads including creation of load format, data preparation, load program design, testing and result verification in collaboration with the business_
- _ Applies PepsiCo governance standards to the data objects/data management and problem resolution_
- _ For simple to medium complexity analytical tasks, able to analyze with some direction and identifying the relationships between those parts of the information.
For highly complex analytical tasks, able to do this analysis methodically with some direction._
- _ Interface with business partners as an expert in explaining and relating how data impacts their business function_
